Mahmoud Hindawi is the owner of Joyful Jordanian Journeys. Born and raised in Petra, he knows the city of Petra like the back of his hand. But he also worked in the travel industry throughout the rest of the country, almost his entire life, as a guide, tour leader, researcher, planner, you name it. What services do you offer?
Jordan Taxi works with a number of professional drivers throughout the country, so we can offer you a fully customizable taxi service. When you need a driver and car, we are there for you. What vehicles do you offer?
Our transport service is in possession of cars and buses with different capacities. We adapt to your wishes. We transport individual travelers, couples, families and friends. All our vehicles meet international standards for comfortable and safe passenger transport for both short and long journeys. The vehicles are new, spacious, clean and air-conditioned. Most cars also have free WiFi on board. Our vehicles are well maintained and regularly pass all necessary technical checks. Our drivers are certified, qualified and have many years of experience and they speak English.
What is a Meet & Greet Service?
We offer a Meet & Greet service, if you provide your flight number when you book your airport taxi, we can track your flight and automatically adjust your pick-up time to your actual arrival time. Once your flight has landed, your driver will wait approximately 45 minutes. This should give you plenty of time to go through security, collect your luggage and make your way to the arrivals hall to meet your driver

How can I make a special request?
Yes, for example if you need a child seat please tell us when making your booking. We’ll always try our best to fulfill your request, but sometimes it may not be possible and we’ll contact you to let you know within 24 hours of your pick-up.

You need a child seat, let us know in time, preferably during your booking. We may charge additional costs for the rental of a child seat. If this is the case, we will contact you to inform you of the additional costs. If you’d rather bring your own child seat, that’s fine – check with your airline as they can allow you to bring it for free.

What’s included in the price?
Our prices include all costs such as tolls. If you book a pick-up service from the airport, this automatically includes our Meet & Greet service. We will track your flight and wait approximately 45 minutes from the time your flight arrives. If you book a return taxi to the airport – or another pick-up service outside the airport – your driver will be waiting approximately 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. Please note that there are additional charges to pay for special requests or any changes you wish to make to your trip.
How do I pay?
If you have completed your booking online, you can pay the driver in cash upon arrival. Everything is confirmed and handled in advance, so you don’t have to worry about unpleasant surprises.
