At WePetra Jordan Taxi, we strive to provide transparent and customer-friendly refund procedures for our transportation services. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds and cancellations for bookings made through our platform.

Cancellation Terms

2.1 Customers may cancel bookings subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 Days prior to scheduled service: Full refund

  • Cancellations made within 7 Days of service: 50% refund

  • No-shows or cancellations after driver dispatch: No refund

Refund Processing

3.1 Approved refunds will be issued according to the following methods:
3.1.1 Original Payment Method Refund:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original credit/debit card within 48 hours of approval

  • Depending on financial institution policies, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on statements

3.1.2 Alternative Refund Methods:

  • If original payment card refund is unavailable, we will issue a bank transfer or check refund

  • Alternative method refunds may require additional verification and processing time (7-14 business days)

Pending Authorizations

4.1 Temporary authorization holds may appear on your payment method after cancellation due to:

  • Bank security protocols

  • Payment processor verification procedures

  • Fraud prevention measures

4.2 These pending amounts will automatically be released by your financial institution according to their policies, typically within 3-5 business days

Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund:

  1. Submit your request via email to accounting@wepetra.com

  2. Include:

    • Booking reference number

    • Original payment details

    • Reason for cancellation

  3. Our team will respond with confirmation within 24 business hours

Special Circumstances

6.1 Force Majeure:
In cases of natural disasters, political unrest, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

6.2 Service Interruptions:
For service quality issues or significant delays, please contact our customer service team immediately for resolution options
